About Us

Career Network – Vermilion County (CNVC) partners focus on developing a talent pipeline of skilled workers with diverse sets of skills and talents to meet the region’s  economic future.   For the past 18 years, the partnership has provided educators with career-based learning activities and programs to support students as they explore and develop their academics and career plans.  CNVC is a web-based tool that makes it easy for students and educators to connect with local employers while cultivating Vermilion County’s future talent pipeline in a safe and resourceful way

  • Making a positive impact on our region’s graduation rates.

WHO IS INVOLVED IN THIS INITIATIVE?

  • Provide exposure to major industries and professions available in Vermilion County.
  • Support Vermilion County students as they develop and act on their academic and career plans.
  • Connect students to professional mentors, internships, job-shadowing experiences and other career-based learning activities.
  • Expose educators to opportunities that will enhance classroom activities while preparing students for future careers.
